4:30pm-5:30pm lesson with Amalia about “how to grow your relationship to food ways”
We all hold deep connections to food. Memories. Stories. How can we radically imagine ways of building a deeper connection to the land through food, growing, cooking, and health. This workshop will begin with a presentation followed by a community discussion, and end with a short creative writing activity. You will learn practical ways on how to be more environmentally conscious in your home and growing space. The presentation is an approach to working with what you have and working with what interests you to grow your personal impact on climate change. No experience necessary!! All levels of growers, cooks, land workers, artists, students, etc. welcome! The more diverse participation we have the more ideas/solutions we will have for a better future.
